About the program
Every year, all 5th grade students in Culpeper County experience a day of discovery at STEM Days, held at the Culpeper Regional Airport. This event introduces students to the exciting ways science, technology, engineering, and math are used in the world around them.
From exploring airplanes and helicopters up close, to trying their hand at coding, robotics, welding simulators, and renewable energy experiments, students rotate through hands-on activities that make learning come alive. Each station is led by local businesses, educators, and community organizations, showing how STEM connects to real-world careers.
STEM Days spark curiosity, build problem-solving skills, and inspire students to imagine new possibilities for their future.
