About Us
Our mission is to become a recognized educational model in creating synergy between local business, government and the community.
Career Partners, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preparing Culpeper County students for the workforce. Founded in 2000, the organization grew out of a community-wide effort to ensure graduates were ready to succeed after high school.
Today, Career Partners connects local businesses, schools, and volunteers through hands-on educational programs that give students the skills, experiences, and confidence they need to explore career paths and prepare for the future. Each year, thousands of students participate in programs that encourage career readiness, spark entrepreneurial thinking, and build stronger ties between education and the workplace.
