At our annual Career Partners board meeting this month, members rolled up their sleeves for an exercise designed to spark creativity and collaboration. Using LEGO bricks, our board identified organizational strengths, explored areas for improvement, and brainstormed exciting opportunities for growth and expansion.
A big thank you to Andrew De Nicola, Assistant Director and Adult Services Librarian & Outreach Coordinator for Culpeper County, for leading this engaging exercise and guiding us through such a fun, thoughtful process!
This hands-on activity encouraged fresh ideas and meaningful conversations—just like the innovative programs we deliver to Culpeper County students every year.
