Career Partners Programming Continues During COVID-19 Pandemic
Despite the challenges presented by a global pandemic, Career Partners’ mission has continued to advance in 2020. Our Programs Committee has did an amazing job adapting to a hybrid learning structure. We successfully completed 700+ virtual Mock Interviews, operated the E Squared competition, and held a Healthcare Industry Career Exploration event – ALL VIRTUALLY!
Maker Energy Faire
Maker Energy Faire attracts 2000+ visitors to the event. STEM AirFest program a huge success!

Updated Brand Identity
Career Partners Inc releases an updated brand identity for the organization and each of it’s (5) programs*.
Maker Energy and STEM
Maker Energy and STEM programs are introduced. STEM serves all 600 CCPS 5th graders in partnership with Culpeper Air Fest Foundation.
Career Expo
Career Partners partners with CCPS Career Expo event, showcasing over 40 local employers to all CCPS 8th, 10th & 12th graders (1,200+).
E Squared
Entrepreneurial Energy (E Squared) program is created. $5,000 college scholarships awarded to each E Squared winning team member annually.
Long-Term Partnerships
Career Partners accelerates fund raising efforts by forming long-term partnerships with local businesses and individual donors – most are still in place today.
Mock Interviews
Mock Interviews program is introduced to serve all CCPS 11th graders (500+) with the aid of 120 volunteers from the business community .
Governors Region IV Creating Excellence Award
Career Partners, Inc. recipient of the Governors Region IV Creating Excellence Award for E Squared (out of 88 schools).
All-Volunteer Organization
Grant funding dries up. Board members decide to move forward as an all-volunteer organization.
