For 25 years, Career Partners has brought together education, business, and community partners with a shared commitment to preparing Culpeper County students for success.
What began in 2000 with conversations about strengthening workforce readiness grew into an organization that has connected thousands of students with opportunities to explore careers, develop essential skills, learn from local professionals, and better prepare for life beyond the classroom.
Throughout that history, Career Partners has continued to evolve. Programs have changed, new opportunities have emerged, and the needs of students and the workforce have shifted, but the foundation has remained the same: partnership. Educators, businesses, volunteers, sponsors, community organizations, and countless individuals have contributed their time, expertise, resources, and support to make Career Partners’ work possible.
