Partnership has been at the heart of Career Partners since its beginning. What started as a collaborative effort between education, business, and community leaders grew through relationships with Culpeper County Public Schools, the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce, Germanna Community College, local government, and businesses throughout the community.

These partnerships make Career Partners’ programs possible. Local professionals volunteer for Mock Interviews, business coaches mentor E² teams, employers open their doors for career exploration opportunities, and organizations contribute their expertise, resources, and support to help students prepare for their futures.

For Career Partners, partnership is more than organizational support. Each time a business or community partner participates in a program, they create an opportunity for students to learn directly from the workforce while investing in the next generation of Culpeper County employees, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.

For 25 years, Career Partners has demonstrated what can be accomplished when education, business, government, and the community work together toward a shared goal: preparing students for success.
