In 2008, Career Partners officially became an all-volunteer organization, beginning a model of community involvement that has continued to shape the organization and its programs.
Throughout the years, volunteers have contributed their time, knowledge, and professional experience in countless ways. They have served as board members, coached E² teams, conducted Mock Interviews, supported STEM Days and the Maker Energy Faire, participated in career exploration programs, and helped bring Career Partners’ mission to life.
This volunteer involvement does more than make programs possible. It gives students opportunities to learn directly from business professionals, community leaders, and other adults who are willing to invest their time in helping young people prepare for their futures.
Career Partners’ ability to connect education and the workforce has always depended on people willing to get involved. Whether volunteering for a single event or serving the organization for years, generations of volunteers have helped Career Partners remain deeply connected to the Culpeper community while creating meaningful opportunities for its students.
Twenty-five years of Career Partners would not have been possible without the many individuals who chose to give their time and expertise in support of Culpeper County students.
